Here's a fun little xmas card I love the snow angel she's made and her little doggie is making one too. Makes me wish I owned a snow suit so I could make one too lol

Well For some of you I'm one of those people that try to get ahead of myself on alot of things so I'm not rushing around last minute plus with the renovations going on I'm just trying to find little time or sometimes alot of time crafting away. I help when I can but I am a novice so I get in the way or cause a bigger mess lol not intentionally at all he's a contractor and I'm an artist that has on more then one occasion worn more paint then my painting lol. My desk is pretty tidy at the moment I found some scrap wood and used it for a shelf. My Kitty now has a place to the left when I'm crafting or he sits where I'm working and expects to have a little nap to get my attention. I like the shelf it makes me have more room and now a bit more stash out to let me use up some of the stuff I have lying around. Drawing out some new digis and that's about it for this week. Was at Micheal's last week and scored on some Studio G 5 by 5 blank cards and envelopes for only 63 cents each bought myself 8 packages love the pre-made envelope saves so much time. Love those great deals every once in a while.

Pearls and Ribbons On a Boys Card

How do you add pearls and ribbons to a boys card ... they should be dark so I've used brown pearls and darkened ric rac ribbon,washi tape and the buttons with a marker seeing if it's to neat and tidy then it can't be a boys card lol.

It's a Winter Wonderland Outside !!

Something about an old fashion style Card with a winter scene that I love this little house tucked in the mountains is just wonderful I would hate to be house bound there with out alot of board games books and crafts to keep me busy though lol but it's really pretty to look at. So the reindeer has been embossed and given a scarf to keep him warm. The snow and Mountains all have a little sparkle on them but the picture didn't catch it all.

I started this off just grabbing the image and had no idea what colours I would use the next thing I know it's all about the oranges and turquoise what a wonderful combo they are together they both just pop off each other.

The Ribbon was White and I've altered it with markers and inks then wet it to make it all blend together now it works just perfectly you can have next to no coloured ribbon in your stash as long as you have white you can make any colour you have in your stash with inks or markers .

Well here is my space this week and I've working on few cards and I was debating on witch image to use a winter scene or this yummy cupcake think the cupcake wins just have to figure out a layout for it and I have done it's base twice and it made it in the bin. In the left side is some yummy little stash I won from Elaine it's full of glue and some sticky fits and more so useful for any crafter also dome bright fun buttons to play with. So I'm off to visit a few desks before bed have a wonderful day

Flower Frenzy

Now For me I struggle with flowers on cards I add them on then the next thing I know I've put them away so for me this is a challenge for me too !! Here's what I've done using a Kenny K's Sweet Melissa. I've also put away my markers for this and brought out my Pencil crayons and love the soft effect you can get with burnishing an image with whites and grey and my blender pencil, I did use a little lite markers just to get it more blended.

Winter Friends

I'm finally able to pop on my computer but I'm not 100% feeling great I caught Pneumonia from one of my co-workers it seems and I've finally started medication for it so hopefully I'll be all better really soon and it goes with this medication it's to last one week.

Cute as a Button

This stamp reminds me of my youngest niece every time I use it she was a dollie toting little girl so it might just end up in her mail box. I also finally broke down and cut the BG paper I've had it so long and never able to cut it seeing I love looking at it and every time I went to cut it I couldn't must have been waiting on the right card :)

Kraftin Kimmie is holding a Guest designer call so I thought I'd create something up the Background it all hand done the sidewalk actually has some sparkle in in like it would with a summer day it's really hard to show in this picture the washi tape also has been glittered up to.

Well as you can see not to much going on just a quick little wrap up for a small late xmas present for one of my good friends who just flew back into town. So something small that I know she loves the small little bit of tea to keep her warm and some sweet insense that we found when we went out shopping together one day and it's truly amazing to smell.  So my desk is a little messy at the moment but I plan on doing a little clean up and getting it all neatly back in order hopefully soon but with all the reno's going on around me it's tough to get to this desk other then to dust it every once in a while.
