Sparkly Glitter

I choose this card to enter into Lynn's Candy cause it's one of my all time Fave's

It's so sparkly .... I'm such a girl lol

Glitter... That Sparkles none of that Matte Glitter it's just doesn't reflect the light properly

do they make a matte glitter ?? and would it be glitter ?? humm something to ponder

So googled it and they do in Nail polish wow I'm sure you can put it over a project your working on

** More Details**

I've colored the Image with Markers and shaded it all in using Yellows and Beige's the Moon was left white

afterwords I mixed with water up a little Jacquard Pearl Ex and just painted it on with a brush Using MicroPearl #650 on the Moon and Brilliant Gold #656  On the Skirt, If you've ever used Pearl Ex a little goes along , Set the Pearl with a Spary Workable Matte Fixative (Hairspray works too & this is great for setting your digi's too) The Little Birthday Embellishment has been Inked with silver and heat embossed with a clear to keep it shiny

I've also used Jacquard Products here and for Underwater it just looks Stunning

But this is now my fave card using it
