Happy Birthday

It's time to get some other fun cards made and enjoy my mini break from Christmas cards :) 
Here's a birthday card I've made for someone special that likes BLING !!! 
the dress has a shimmer on it that makes it look really kewl in this picture. 
The Digi is from LIMITED RUNS called Melinda I love her wild mane of hair.
