There are days when you just have lots of ready to go images to create a card and this image I played around with my markers and then the sky is created with H20 to give that sparkling effect
When making clouds you leave the white and add in the darker colours so the white becomes the part you notice it's the opposite way you would think to paint them. Just keep adding in layers to get the effect your looking for
