Well here's my space this week covered over a couple DT images I'm colouring in and a card inspired by Julia last week I loved the idea of how she did the buttons on her card as decoration on a tree. So I made one up with buttons and so is the present and penguins too.
Here's a pull out of my space not to fancy and just looking the the same (darn those trees in the corner) I'm slowly working on a inspiration wall inside that back space to keep me inspired and give me some ideas. Haven't had as much time as I'd like to play around and work on the base of my desk for the last 2 weeks seems something always comes up. What can you do.
So Super short and sweet going to do a little more colouring in and watch a movie with the DH and relax for the rest of the evening.
I'll pop around and visit as
many blogs as I can

Great idea for the card which reminds me I have a tree somewhere that is made just for those buttons. Must find it.ReplyDelete
Loved the shot of your desk and was amazed at the number of pens you have up there. Look good stored like that.
Watch out for the postie next week.
Hugs, Neet xx
I think I would fall off such a small desk...will have to do a panned out shot of my space for you next week. #23ReplyDelete
What a great idea to use buttons on the trees, will remember that. I love your pull out space, wish my space was that smallReplyDelete
Lovely card, Nikki. Well done. I never think of using buttons - despite having an enormous button tin!ReplyDelete
Take care. God bless.
I too liked the buttons on the tree that Julia showed, and yours is fab! Have a good week. Helen 17ReplyDelete
That's a cute card, the buttons work really well!!ReplyDelete
Hugs, LLJ 10 xx
Lovely workspace! That card is very cute, I also like the button idea!ReplyDelete
What a fun card! And clever of you to copy the best parts of Julia's idea, she was struggling with thread and needle to sew them on, right? It's a lovely tidy craftingspace there, I don't see any boxes with random scraps! (Or is that hidden under the desk?)ReplyDelete
As inspirational wall I use my computer with a screensaver which goes through several pictures folders. Watching my screensaver is almost as amusing as watching television - inspirational quotes, pictures from the children, art etc...
Great desk spacethis week - just love using buttons on projects! Have a Happy Wednesday, Cindy #32ReplyDelete

Admire you working on your pull-out desk. I have 4 in the attic and the floor!ReplyDelete
Your pens on your top shelf look yummy.

Love your Christmas card, very cute and that's a great idea to have an inspiration space at the back of your desk, might try that myself. Have fun :o) Annie C #46ReplyDelete
Hey there Nikki!ReplyDelete
Thanks for popping by my blog this week.
I like your desk set up, who says it has to be huge or room size? I sometimes would like to down size, way down.....but I'm such a hoarder of crafting schtuff!!
I like your card and the cute little penguin.
Looks like someone is getting ready for Christmas. Nice work area. Creative Blessings! Kelly #62ReplyDelete
great looking crafty space and so neat and tidy. I love to have things around for inspiration and should start using projects I have completed instead of the stuff I used to make them with!! Have a great week. vickie #64ReplyDelete
That is a cute idea for a Christmas card ~ or cards, as I still have a need to use up all the tiny brothers and sisters of those buttons I sent you! So thanks for the inspiration, Nikki! Happy Belated WOYWW and have a wonderful week! Hugs, Darnell #19ReplyDelete
What a cute Christmas card! Your desk looks nice and neat - love the lamp!! I took my "fairy dust" card to work last week and everyone loved it! Thank you again for the card and brads!!!
The new job is really heaven sent. It got me away from a stressful situation. I think I will really enjoy it once I know what I'm doing!!
Thank you for visiting me earlier. I'm later than what I expected.....
