Woyww

Happy WOYWW  here's my little space this week tissues are a must it's ragweed season here and I'm allergic to that plant. I've started on a few Christmas cards that will be flat so they can be popped into the post for the cost of a stamp to get me going and you can still see my piles of glass and that orange thing is a tool used for my stained glass it really doesn't have a name more like a thing of a ma-jiggy
So here are the one of the sets of windows I tried to take a picture so you could see the design I have finished 8 of them now just 12 more to go and it looks like I'll be waiting on supplies seeing now one has what I need in stock at the moment.... Guess I'll just have to craft instead the hard ships lol
I'll try my best to visit you all as soon as I can
sorry if I missed you last week
hugs Nikki

  2. Oh wow! Those windows are spectacular! Love them. The side ones seem to have a 3D effect at the top with how you have done the design.
Gosh Nikki, you are so clever. Am full of envy at you doing this kind of thing.

  3. yes Nikki, these windows are impressive! They look a bit Art Deco to me? It's just horrible being allergic to a plant. We had to cut down 5 Pittosporum bushes because the perfume( smelt gorgeous BUT)
was so overpowering at dusk, I was wheezing and gasping. The flowers were miniscule, but powerful perfume.
Hope your supplies come soon. Frustrating to be in the midst of a project and not able to proceed.

Gr8 idea to create Christmas cads which don't incur "large" postage too

  17. How annoying to have hay fever. My DH suffers a lot with it.
Your windows look beautiful. How clever of you. I hope you are able to get your supplies soon. But doing a bit of papercrafting isn't necessarily a bad thing.....
Good idea to make flat xmas cards. The postage is the largest cost factor, I agree.
I'm not joining WOYWW today as we are going on holiday tomorrow morning and I still don't have a craft space so there is nothing to show.
    Have a good week,
    Lisca

  20. Hello Nikki. Your new stain glass windows are so beautiful and loving the design of them. Hope you are not waiting to long for your supplies to come in but I do guess it gets you time at your desk to play with paper. Seeing you still working on Christmas cards reminds me I better start soon or I should come for a visit and make a few cards with you........ :). Hope rag weed season for you is short and you get relief soon but love the design on your Kleenex box. Have a great day.... Hugs always~Anne.

  23. Your windows are gorgeous. I think you would like some of the old windows that are still around here in the UK, many of them date back to Victorian times in houses and medieval in our churches, they are absolutely amazing. Have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 15
