 My Sister who has a small store as her craft room sent me some stash let's just say she doubled my paper in one shipment and couldn't believe that I lived off so little lol but I do make her all her BD cards and thank you cards seeing she loves to makes mini albums which really are stunning she puts so much time and effort into each one I'm always surprized at them. So just to help her out with her out and that way I never go to crazy with to many lying around it's a fair trade.

Birdie Birthday

Never seem to have enough Birthday cards and this little owl is perfect to use so I made it into a girl owl with a little tiny flower and some bling and glitter and wanted a simple card. The music sheet paper is from a christmas line but you wouldn't know it unless you knew it but love working in Browns such a pretty colour.

Little Humming Bird

Hummingbirds are always so bright and colourful so why not create one that has alot I'm so happy how he turned out and will try this again sometime.

Sometimes you need to make a CAS Card just to show off a image you coloured and fell in love with so that's what I've done here I love how the colours turned out on my Hummingbird and just had to try this out he Pops off the page.

Yep I'm a floor crafter no space in our tiny apartment and I've been even trying my best to keep it a tiny amount determined to use up what I have .... IT'S SO HARD .... These companies with all their new stash constantly showing up on there shelves UGGG I say lol

but alas I've been pretty good, at least some of my fave things are the tiniest too BRADS I love them all if I had the space and the cash of course I'd have one of every type lol

The little Jars on my space are only half of my brads but I'd say this is alot at least for me and I try to use to use them ... must force myself sometimes (ALOT)  So On my little board is an ATC I've finished up posting it soon so SNEAK Peak and a card I've working on but love the clean and simple look the hummingbird and both digi's are from Limited Runs Digital Stamps and my new monogram stamps from Charlene she has some yummy sourcream cupcake recipe posted mmmmm... I don't like sour cream at all by itself but Bake with it and it's heavenly mmmm.. lol

Simple Christmas

I've been slow on making my xmas Cards this year I haven't had as much down time crafting with having to tuck everything and trying to find a new place to live, UGG what a chore that is no luck yet but we aren't in a real hurry to find a new place yet.  I have found a bit more time to play and create a few things here and there. I've stamped over the Designer paper to give it a more Christmas Vibe and then tinted it with Greens and Browns, So the Red just pops off the page along with the tag.

Facts About National Sleepy Head Day.

(Finnish: Unikeonpäivä) is celebrated in Finland on July 27 every year. Traditionally on this day, the last person in the house (also dubbed as the "laziest") to wake up is woken up using water, either by being thrown into a lake or the sea, or by having water thrown on them. It is based on the story of the Saints of Ephesus who slept in a cave for some 200 years during the Middle Ages whilst hiding from persecution by Decius, the Roman Emperor at the time.

In the city of Naantali, a Finnish celebrity is chosen every year to be thrown in the sea from the city's port at 7 a.m. The identity of the sleeper is kept secret until the event. People who are chosen have usually done something to the benefit of the city. Every city mayor has thus far been thrown to the sea at least once, but other sleepers have included the president Tarja Halonen's husband, Dr Pentti Arajärvi, the CEO of Neste Oil Risto Rinne, along with many writers, artists and politicians. The celebrations continue into the evening in Naantali and include activities for people of every age.

Packing Light

We have 2 sponosors this week Iva Nova Chest and Saturated Canary. One lucky winner will win a prize package and another some sweet digi's so your gonna want to play this week. Now I struggle with pastel colours just because I love darker ones but I think this worked out really nice at least she's coloured really soft and I tried to avoid Black ink for the tags. This is a big card too or the flowers would just take it over it's been fun making big cards less restrictions with them and you can add in alot more to the card. (8.25 by 5.25in)
